Group Lead / Mechanical Estimating Manager

The primary member of the estimating team who has overall responsibility for the creation of budgets and estimates produced by the team. Responsible for the oversight of the estimating process for all projects bids and awards.

Skills/Qualifications:

-Estimating experience in a multi trade contactor preferred with either a mechanical or electrical focus

- Knowledge of construction processes (RFI, RFQ, Change Orders, etc.)

- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Project, Word, AccuBid)

-A positive attitude, strong teams’ skills, and display leadership qualities

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral

- The ability to multitask and problem solve in a high-pressure work environment

- Willing to travel to job sites as required
