About the Role

As Group Head of Rewards , you will be responsible for developing Tieto’s total rewards strategy. Seeing to that the overall rewards structure and respective elements are competitive, fair, well‑governed – and supports Tieto’s strategic direction and culture.

In this role you will lead the global rewards agenda and partner closely with business leaders, HR colleagues and so play a key role in how Tieto attracts, motivates, and retains people across countries and cultures.
