About the Role

Job Summary:
The Group Head of Kitchen Operations is responsible for overseeing and driving excellence across all culinary operations within the organization. This role ensures consistent food quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to health and safety standards across multiple outlets or brands. The Group Head provides strategic leadership, develops standardized processes, and mentors kitchen teams to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. They work closely with senior management to implement cost controls, optimize resource utilization, and innovate menu offerings in line with brand objectives and market trends.

Qualifications:
