The Group General Counsel (2 year contract) is responsible for providing strategic legal leadership and comprehensive legal advisory services across the organisation. This role serves as the principal legal advisor to the Board and senior management, overseeing legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters. The position ensures that business operations comply with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks while supporting sustainable growth, risk management, and ethical governance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Legal Advisory

• Provide strategic legal advice to the Board and senior management on business transactions, policies, and operational matters
