Role Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Fleet Manager to lead the end-to-end management of a large national fleet. Based in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs, this role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, compliance, and optimisation of all fleet-related processes across a complex, multi-business-unit organisation. The Group Fleet Manager will drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and cost-effective outcomes while delivering high levels of internal customer service. This role also oversees fleet administration, vendor relationships, and reporting, playing a key part in shaping the future direction of the fleet function.
