About the Role

Description
Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, curb appeal, and readiness of the apartment community. This position performs groundskeeping duties, assists with apartment make-readies, completes punch work, and supports the maintenance team with general upkeep and minor repairs to ensure a safe and attractive living environment for residents and prospects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Groundskeeping Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds daily.
Pick up trash and debris throughout the property, including breezeways, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster enclosures.
Clean and maintain pool areas, fitness centers, clubhouses, and other common areas.
Pressure wash sidewalks, breezeways, and buildings as needed.
Assist with landscaping duties including blowing, edging, watering, and light pruning.
