About the Role
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Grounds Person at our Rolleston location, on a permanent full-time basis. This role operates on a Drive-In-Drive-Out (DIDO) roster of 2 weeks on, 1 week off. Embrace the opportunity to work in the beautiful outdoors of Central Queensland and make a lasting impact on our Mining Village!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the grounds of the Mining Village, including gardens, paths, and buildings.
- Perform general works and maintenance programs such as mowing, general grounds works, grounds cleaning, and landfill activities.
- Carry out waste and landfill duties as required and directed by management.
- Ensure that works programs are maintained to the level set per contract specifications.
- Maintain the safety of personnel and the public.
- Undertake General Hand duties and Utility duties as required, including kitchen duties.
