About the Role
PPM Recruitment is recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader in the Ormskirk area for a national horticulture company.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the works on site.
- Proactively lead by example, motivate and guide the team, and maintain workforce discipline.
- Assist the supervisor/senior team leader.
- Drive the company vehicle and transport staff and essentials to site.
- Perform general ground maintenance work (grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, etc.).
- Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
Compensation
Up to £14.50 per hour, including holiday pay.
Qualifications
- Driver's licence required.
- PA1 & PA6 licence desirable.
