About the Role
£13.50 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience). Overtime available (weekends paid at 1.5x). Temporary to Permanent. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 07:15 - 17:00.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality outdoor maintenance and enjoys leading and motivating a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Grass cutting and lawn care
- Shrub bed maintenance
- Shrub and hedge pruning
- Weed control and herbicide application
- Litter picking
- Using a PDA to plan, record and monitor service delivery
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and guide on‑site teams to achieve high‑quality results
- Ensure daily and weekly productivity and quality targets are met
- Maintain all work to company/client specifications
