Ground Worker

Apex Resources Ltd are currently seeking an experienced Ground Worker for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in customer care for a housing client, ideally within new build or social housing environments.

* Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week

* £20 per hour (CIS)

* Company van and fuel card provided

* Sites: Glasgow, Lanarkshire & Edinburgh

* Clean UK driving licence essential

Key Requirements:

* • Proven experience as a Ground Worker

* • Strong experience in kerbing, slabbing and front pointing

* • Previous customer care experience within the housing sector

* • Ability to complete remedial and finishing works to a high standard

* • Good communication skills and a professional manner when dealing with residents

* • Valid CSCS card

* • Clean UK driving licence (essential)
