Role Overview  
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead creative execution, shape our brand identity, and deliver high-impact visual content. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise across both static and video formats, and can translate business objectives into compelling visual stories. 
Key Responsibilities:  
1. Creative & Design Ownership  
Own end-to-end design projects from concept to final execution.  
Define, develop, and maintain brand guidelines across all platforms.  
Create high-quality designs for campaigns, product launches, and marketing communications (digital and offline).  
Drive creative strategy aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
