About the Role
Lead and execute assigned design projects within established brand standards and style guidelines across print, digital, social, in-store materials, menu boards, and physical retail environments
Translate creative briefs into compelling concepts aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning
Contribute to multi-touchpoint campaign development in collaboration with brand and social teams
Develop rough layouts, mockups, and final production-ready artwork files
Adapt and evolve existing creative assets while maintaining consistency
Oversee print checks and ensure proper file preparation across traditional and digital media specifications
Support company-wide design needs including presentations, trade materials, signage, internal communication, and event collateral
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers as required
Write copy for select creative materials and audio spots as needed
