JOB TITLE: Graphic Designer
REPORTS TO: Creative Director
SUMMARY: Position is responsible for pre-press production and customer art development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and/or manipulate graphics as per request (editing, retouching, color correction, file conversion) according to company SOPs.
- Ability to review requests, understand project scope, and develop designs that meet objectives and requirements in fast paced environment.
- Prepare pre-press production art, including proper preparation of files for decoration including screen-print, heat transfers and embroidery.
- Function as part of the Creative Services team – grow in ability to develop strong graphic collections.
- Develop a working relationship with internal sales management.
- Stay current on design styles and trends.
