Overview

The client is an Ohio–based fractional marketing and creative agency partnering with small to mid-sized businesses across the United States. We function as an extension of our clients’ teams—providing strategy, branding, design, web, and ongoing marketing execution.

Our role goes beyond delivering assets. We help business owners remove the guesswork from marketing by aligning creative execution with business goals, growth strategy, and measurable ROI. We value clarity, accountability, and craftsmanship.

This is not a production-only role. Designers are expected to think, contribute, and problem-solve.

This role is ideal for a designer who is strong in branding , print design , and packaging , and who enjoys working across multiple client industries and deliverables.
