Graphic Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Graphic Designer will provide dedicated design capacity to support Growth Squad during a period of accelerated go-to-market execution. This role is accountable for delivering high‑quality, on‑brand B2B design assets across marketing, sales, and product initiatives.

Embedded within a cross‑functional environment, the role operates within a structured request‑driven workflow (JIRA), ensuring timely, consistent, and commercially aligned outputs that support enterprise customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brand Asset Management
• Develop high‑quality, on‑brand collateral including brochures, datasheets, presentations, and one‑pagers
• Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and enterprise positioning
• Template Development & Standardization
• Design and refine reusable templates (PowerPoint, Word, PDF)
• Enable scalable and consistent communication across teams
