The Graduate Student Facilitator provides administrative and academic support to graduate students and faculty within the College of Engineering and Science. This position serves as a primary point of contact for college procedures and processes, assisting with the completion, routing, and tracking of academic and administrative paperwork. The role involves daily face-to-face interaction with students, faculty and staff, serving as a key resource for guidance on academic and administrative procedures. The Facilitator communicates the status of requests to students and faculty and ensures college academic records are accurate and up to date, including support for graduation-related paperwork.
