What's On Offer
- Hourly rate: $55- $65 (dependent on experience)
- Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
- Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm
- Project Duration: Approx. 4- 6 months
- Camp accommodation provided
- Meal Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the grader to shape and level road surfaces, including subgrade and base, to the required design.
- Trim to final levels, making sure drainage, camber, and finish are spot on.
- Read plans, string lines, or work with GPS systems to get the correct heights and alignment.
- Carry out daily machine checks and keep the grader running safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with rollers, water carts, and supervisors to keep the job flowing.
- Stay aware of surroundings — it’s a high-skill role working around other plant and tight tolerances.
