GPON Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced GPON Supervisor to oversee GPON network deployment, optical fiber installation, and vendor supervision activities. The role involves field supervision, quality control, technical testing, documentation management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise splicing and jointing of various types of optical fiber cables (OFC).
• Oversee deployment and installation of GPON components including FDH, FATs, and NAPs.
• Conduct and verify OTDR and Power Meter testing for OFC links.
• Ensure proper checking of pit bore, digging depth, and handhole quality.
• Supervise aerial and underground fiber installation work (quantity & quality control).
