Google Ads Specialist

We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Google Ads Specialist to take ownership of paid search performance across a portfolio of client accounts. This is a hands‑on optimisation role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys working inside Google Ads — analysing data, testing ideas, and improving results week over week.

You’ll be responsible for improving lead quality, reducing wasted spend, and identifying scalable growth opportunities. We’re not looking for someone to “set and forget” campaigns — we want a performance marketer who actively manages accounts and understands the commercial impact of their decisions.

This is a part‑time contractor position with flexibility and autonomy. You’ll be trusted to manage your workload and communicate clearly, without micromanagement.
