Google Ads Specialist

Your Role
We're looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our growing digital team. If you're passionate about paid search, data-driven optimization, and turning insights into performance, this role is for you.
What you will do?
Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max (PMAX)
Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met
Analyze data and prepare clear, insightful written reports and analytics summaries
Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track performance and identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate internally to support performance marketing initiatives (non-client-facing role)
Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant experience in performance or digital marketing
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search & PMAX) end-to-end
Intermediate skills in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
