Golf Course Foreman
Supervises daily maintenance crews and ensures work is completed to standards. Assign and oversee daily work tasks for maintenance staff. Train staff on proper work methods and equipment use. Monitor quality of mowing, bunker work, and course setup. Enforce safety and operational procedures. Communicate progress and issues to management. Assist with scheduling and staff coordination Step in to perform maintenance tasks as needed.
