THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations Manager to take full ownership of GoHighLevel (GHL) systems, revenue operations, and backend processes. This individual thrives under pressure, solves problems independently, and maintains discretion with sensitive financial information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Systems & Backend Operations -

2. Own and manage GoHighLevel backend: pipelines, workflows, automations, tags, triggers, email/SMS sequences

3. Build and maintain forms, calendars, and payment links
4. Create custom automations for high-ticket offers, events, and masterclasses
5. Audit systems regularly and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability

6. Follow SOPs while recommending optimizations

7. Revenue, Payments & Sales Support -
