About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to drive the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for NetSuite’s evolving AI capabilities. In this role, you will orchestrate cross-functional programs, streamline operations, and elevate customer outcomes by accelerating adoption of AI-driven features—bringing structure, efficiency, and measurable impact to every launch and engagement.
What you’ll bring
At least 5-7 years in program management, GTM, product marketing, or consulting within SaaS or enterprise software; experience with AI/ML-enabled products strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with clear impact on adoption, retention, or revenue.
