GM/DGM - Tendering (Metro/Rail)

This role is a full time role with our global EPC client. Summary- We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end tendering and bid management for large-scale railway and metro infrastructure projects. This role will play a critical part in driving order inflow through strategic bidding and strong commercial acumen. Tendering & Bid Management (Core Focus) Pre-Bid Strategy & Opportunity Tracking Business Development Reporting & Stakeholder Management Team Leadership Required Skills & Competencies Strong experience in Railway / Metro / Infrastructure tendering Proven track record in bid management & order conversion Sound understanding of technical commercial contractual aspects of civil projects Hands-on experience with tendering portals (IREPS, GeM, etc.) Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills High ownership Years of Experience: 12 Years Education - B.E./B.Tech/MTech in any Engineering, preferably Civil. (MBA preferred)
