Rigorous evaluation of supplier selection and qualification (Quality Perspective)
Clear expectations conveyed from material selection up to mass production status
Conducting consistent audits and performance reviews to monitor supplier output and adherence to standards
Helps identify and address potential issues with suppliers early to prevent disruptions, recalls, and costly errors in the supply chain
Ensures materials, components, and services consistently meet predefined quality standards and customer expectations...
