Your responsibilities:
Quality Attribute Standards – Creates QAS for new products and ensures production staff are familiar with the standards and confident to use them. Maintain gluten, milk- and egg- free status of products made on site.
Benchmarking – Benchmarking at own label retailers– Is confident to present new/improved products to customers and benchmark them against competitor products.
Research – Has and understanding of raw materials and production processes. Can research new methods and source new raw materials.
Recipe Development – Has an understanding of recipes and can create products that are in line with our company objectives. Can review current products or processes and suggest impro...
