Process routine Customer and Sales requests, including updates to customer details, segmentation, contact information, logistics parameters, and basic commercial settings, following defined procedures. This role is responsible for supporting the Sales agenda and is chiefly responsible for (but not limited to) extracting information and data from our sales reporting systems and supporting KAMs with sales-related activities. The individual will be responsible for creating reports by channels, categories and customers, as well as maintaining the customer database.
