Global Product Specialist – Rail Infrastructure Transformers (m/f/d)

Hitachi Energy is seeking candidates to the Global Product Group (GPG) Power Transformers. The Global Product Specialist (GPS) will work directly with the Global Product Manager (GPM) for Industrial & Specialty (I&S) Transformers and collaborate with our worldwide network of R&D centers, Hubs and local business teams to capture and translate customer requirements into improvements of existing solutions and set the directions for new product developments.

It is an opportunity for transformer engineering and R&D experts to apply their knowledge to help customers with demanding applications and be part of joint development of innovative solutions for the changing electrical grid. Additionally, the work will require participation in technical meetings, international standards development, and contributing and developing industry knowledge on power transformer technology.
