Job Description
**Strategic Leadership**
+ Lead 19 team members including OSAT strategic sourcing, RFQ/SRB etc.
+ Develop and implement OSAT global procurement strategy aligned with company
+ goals, technology roadmap, and manufacturing expansion plans.
+ Lead long-range planning and supplier agreements for supply assurance,
+ capacity expansion, and supplier technology readiness on package and test technologies
+ Lead multi-year, high-value commercial negotiations with OSAT partners including pricing, master service agreements, capital investment, tooling
+ Ensure supplier compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, sustainability requirements, and regulatory obligations.
+ Build strategic supplier partnerships and manage executive-level relationships with strategic OSAT partners.
