The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Warehousing is responsible for the strategic direction, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory management, warehouse management, 3PL management, etc.) across all company operations, with direct impact on business efficiency, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure that these processes align with FMCG global best practices meeting local operational realities in the Philippines. Your mission is to drive efficient, scalable, consistent, standardized, and compliant warehousing across the FG, RM, and PM supply network.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain the global standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehousing: inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, packing, dispatch, reverse logistics, and returns.
