• Responsible for payroll compliance, efficiencies & timeliness for the assigned countries.
• Ensure correct accounting via payroll journals, maintaining transaction accuracy for high‑quality outputs.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (employees, HR teams, payroll provider ADP), providing excellent customer service, payroll knowledge and meeting all required SLAs.
• Act as the first point of contact for payroll enquiries and cases within the assigned locations.
• Deliver monthly and annual payroll returns and maintain their accuracy for all employees within remit.
• Support payroll‑impacting projects as a resource where appropriate.
• Provide support on KPI deliverables for payroll and the team.
