We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Global Payroll Operations Lead to oversee and manage our multi-country payroll operations across various regions, including but not limited to Poland, Cyprus, Lithuania, Serbia, and the Czech Republic. This role requires hands-on experience managing international payrolls, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading payroll governance, vendor management, audit and reporting processes, and team oversight, while fostering strong collaboration with HR Operations, Finance, and external vendors.
