Global Operations Lead

We are looking for a Global Operations Advanced Analytics Lead to partner with senior stakeholders across our global Operations organization and drive data driven decisions at scale.This role sits in Operations and works crossfunctionally across manufacturing, supply chain, QHSE, NPI/Lean, and automation . It combines hands on analytics (SQL/Python) , building repeatable analytical frameworks , and executive level storytelling .

Manufacturing & footprint analytics (capacity, cost, landed cost, cross site optimization)End to end supply chain and logistics analysisBusiness cases for automation, robotics, and AI investmentsNPI manufacturing cost & CAPEX analysisQuality cost analytics (COPQ, deviations, preventive & corrective actions)Advanced SQL and Python (Pandas)Strong BI & data visualization skillsExperience in cloud environments (Azure / AWS / GCP)Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendationsmanufacturing or supply chain background
