Purpose

Responsible for supporting the coordination and administration of recruitment and onboarding activities, , performing initial screening, distributing offer letters, etc. This role also provides support for escalated inquiries from Intake & Advisory for recruitment issues. Contributes to the overall success of the HR Services Operations team ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
