Global Learning Director

Job Summary:
The Learning Director provides strategic leadership for the Learning organization, ensuring successful delivery of training programs, readiness performance, certification outcomes, and continuous learning initiatives across assigned sites or accounts. This role leads Training Managers, Trainers, and Learning Specialists to meet client expectations, drive performance, and support business growth.
The Learning Director collaborates closely with Operations, Quality, WFM, HR, and client stakeholders to design and maintain training strategies, launch new programs, optimize time-to-proficiency, and implement modern learning solutions—including AI-driven and digital learning tools.

Own and deliver all training goals for assigned site(s) and program(s), including new hire training, nesting, upskill, cross-skill, and ongoing development.
