Our goal is to establish world-class SIPOC flows, value stream maps, and seamless order engineering workflows, eliminating non-value-added activities and driving cross-collaboration between our diverse teams.
Role Summary:
As the Lean Leader for Global Engineering Processes & Procedures, you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of lean practices to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and productivity among our 300+ engineers, spread across 10 global engineering teams working on five distinct product families.
