About the Role

We are the industry leading team, with top league table for non-JPY bond underwriting of Japan’s leading corporates and financial institutions.
As an associate or analyst within the team, you will be responsible for assisting the origination and execution of debt related transactions for Japanese corporates / financial institutions / sovereign supranational and agency (SSA).
Job Responsibilities
Assist with the origination and execution of debt capital markets transactions
Support client pitching and negotiation through the preparation of clear and succinct marketing materials, including market updates, pitch materials, pricing information and case studies
Arrange Investor Relation activity for clients
Help put together trade ideas and recommendations for clients including analysis of debt market funding options and execution considerations across alternative markets
