About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives across our global manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for establishing world-class EHS standards, driving a proactive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning corporate EHS systems across multiple facilities and regions.
Based in Mexico, this position will partner directly with Executive Leadership, Global HR, Operations, Engineering, and Plant Management teams to support operational excellence, risk reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive experience in high-risk manufacturing operations, global EHS systems, ISO standards, and automotive industry requirements including IATF 16949.Key Responsibilities
