Come join us at Molex as a Global Demand Planner!
You will be the owner of the demand forecast for your assigned products, incorporating business insights coming from our product management teams, sales, customers, our internal AI and automated systems, and your own analysis. Collaborate with internal and external customers to provide a trustworthy 24-month forecast to our supply team with value creation, profitability and forecast accuracy in mind. Identify and communicate large forecast variances while adjusting the forecast where necessary to reduce future gaps. Apply knowledge of sales and marketing activities to forecasts to minimize excess inventory. Work with supply chain operations teams to develop greater efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction while contributing to overall revenue. Understand supply shortfalls while promoting action to accommodate our demand in full.
