Reporting to the Organization & Compensations Manager, as a Global Compensations & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for proposing, developing, and implementing organizational structure initiatives as well as compensation, benefits, and incentive programs that support the attraction, retention, and management of talent across the assigned countries and/or Business Units. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate the implementation and updates of organizational structures, including roles, levels, and their attributes. Oversee the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and profiles.
