About the Role

Job Description
Reporting to the Global Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for advising and supporting managers as well as Employee Relations Business Partners regarding the application of various total compensation programs, policies, and practices. In this role, you will actively contribute to the organization’s ongoing transformation by supporting business needs aligned with the strategic plan.

The challenges awaiting you:
Actively participate in the annual salary review process and in the management of incentive compensation programs while maintaining strong governance standards;

Act as a champion of the job structure and the maintenance of compensation data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS);

Evaluate new positions and ensure the ongoing maintenance of pay equity;

Analyze data from compensation surveys and make recommendations to ensure the competitiveness of the total reward...
