**Your Job**
Molex is seeking a Global Category Manager to join our Supply Chain/Procurement organization based in El Salto, Gdl. In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategic procurement for Passives and other electronic components. Your role involves leveraging supplier relationships and driving innovation to ensure Molex's success across multiple market segments.
In this role, you will manage a subcategory of the Passives Category supporting Molex's requirements across multiple market segments (Automotive, Datacom, Industrial, Medical, Consumer and Defense). You will collaborate with the Global Supply Chain and Category Management division, working closely with cross-functional teams across BU, SBM, and NPD sourcing to develop category strategies that meet the needs of the business.
