Global Buyer Planner

Responsibilities:
• The Planner/buyer will Utilize ERP system, (SAP ECC and SAP S4 Hana/APO) to review purchase requisitions and convert to PO based on the MRP requirements, Responsible for Purchase order maintenance in SAP with latest information, including reschedule update, Order confirmation and Planning changes

• Resolves & expediate Shortages based in SAP MRP Systems

• Runs and sends suppliers Open Order, Past Due Orders, Supplier Requirements and Kanban reports as required. Enters and reschedules purchase orders in the ERP system in a timely manner.

• Confers with suppliers to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedules.

Responsible for Service Purchase and service order Follow-up and communication to stake holders
