Position: GL Lead

Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid

Shift Timing: 3.30PM to 12.30AM IST (Indian Time)

Engagement Type: Full Time

About the role:  We are seeking an experienced GL Lead to manage end-to-end General Ledger activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting expertise, leadership skills, and experience in managing a team.

Required Experience:

5 to 8 years of relevant experience / exposure in Record to Report (RTR), Payables and Receivables processes with strong hands-on expertise in Month-End Close activities, including Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Intercompany accounting, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations.
