GIS Implementation Engineer

Job purpose The 3-GIS Implementation Engineer provides support for the implementation and configuration of the 3-GIS application suite, ESRI ArcGIS server, 3-GIS Mobile application software for both internal and external customers.

Duties and responsibilities Job Duties include but are not limited to: Perform installation, configuration, and performance tuning services for 3-GIS Network Solution, Esri, web services, and database software on multiple server configurations and multiple architectures including cloud based solutions.

Troubleshoot client issues with Windows Server, IIS, ESRI GIS software, 3-GIS solutions and user workflows.

Provide technical support for clients including 3-GIS Network Solution end users and GIS analysis/administrators.

Evaluate existing data and processes and develop action plans for migration to an enterprise GIS.

Perform database schema changes to databases.
