What success looks like in this role:
As a German Speaking Problem Manager, you will own the end-to-end Problem Management process, ensuring proactive prevention, effective root cause resolution, and continuous service improvement. You will work closely with internal teams, strategic partners, and clients to improve service stability and drive ITIL best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead proactive Problem Management using trend analysis and service insights to prevent recurring incidents.
Own and govern the full Problem lifecycle in line with ITIL standards.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Manage and prioritize the Problem backlog, mitigating risks to resolution timelines.
Contribute to Problem Review Boards and provide insights into trends and systemic risks.
