About the Role
We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an international digital services company based in Lisbon.
This is a full-time, on-site position within a multicultural and fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries and account-related questions
Maintain high-quality service standards
Document cases accurately
Requirements:
Native or C1/C2 German
B2 English minimum
Previous customer service experience preferred
Availability for rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday)
Already located in Lisbon OR able to relocate independently
Offer:
Base salary paid 14 times per year
