Job Overview:

In this role, you will provide top-quality service to our German-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally via email, phone, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, determining the cause, and finding the best solution.

Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.

Document all interactions in the customer support system accurately.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
