**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Legal Manager – Tax Litigation** to lead the strategic management of the company’s tax litigation portfolio in Brazil, jointly with the Head of Litigation in Brazil. This professional will act proactively and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external law firms, ensuring high‑quality technical support for senior leadership and financial predictability. The role directly contributes to corporate decision‑making and risk management.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Manage judicial and administrative tax litigation across all instances, aligned with corporate strategy, as well as managing the company’s entire portfolio of legal proceedings (labor, intellectual property, consumer and civil issues).
