Description
The Amazon Logistics team is looking for a Senior Shift Manager to join the AMZL Brazil team at our delivery station (Delivery Station) in Fortaleza - DS, during the day shift.
As Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day's operation of a Delivery Station. Your role will involve providing support and leadership for Team Leaders, Operators, and Delivery Service Providers, in addition to managing relationships and the performance of external agencies.
You will be part of a highly collaborative, dynamic and innovative environment where ideas are valued and experimentation is encouraged. Our goal is to find creative and practical solutions to deliver the best results to our clients.
